PEPI v. 4.0 has 43 easy-to-use programs for epidemiologic analyses. The 310 page manual is accompanied by a CD-ROM with the programs (a set of 3 floppy disks is also available forusers who do not have Windows or a CD-ROM drive). The programs may be run on Windows 3.x, Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP and MS-DOS. The manual includes descriptions of uses, formulae, references, and examples. NGO Forum on ADB in coordination with number of agencies in Sri Lanka will organise an Intesive Traning Course on the Environmental Impact Assessment in order to improve the skills of full time staff members of the Civil society organisations to participate in the ADB decision making process at the EIA stage.
