Chemonics plans to award a subcontract issued on a fixed price basis with a total estimated cost in the range of one hundred fifty million (150,000,000.00) Viet Nam Dong covering three months for services provided in Ha Noi, Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh city, subject to availability of funds.
